About / Chicago

Senior project and program manager, with the technical depth to back it up.

I lead digital transformation, cloud and data migration, and platform implementation programs, and I have spent fifteen years working between the business asking for the outcome and the team building it.

Overview

Over fifteen years leading digital transformation, cloud migration, and platform implementation programs across finance, hospitality, real estate, and retail. I run projects in hybrid Agile and Waterfall environments, bridge business and technical teams, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through delivery and adoption.

What makes the work go faster is that I have also built the systems. I can sit in a governance meeting in the morning and read a data model in the afternoon, which means fewer things get lost in translation between what a business asked for and what actually ships. Alongside the client work I build 44OS, an independent creator platform, and keep a long-running practice in music, design, and interactive work.

What I bring to a program.

Four things I hold to.

01

Make the problem legible.

Establish what needs to change, who it affects, and how the business will recognize progress.

02

Build the smallest useful system.

Reduce the first release to the parts that create real value while preserving a clean path forward.

03

Keep decisions visible.

Document scope, assumptions, tradeoffs, ownership, and operating choices.

04

Leave the team stronger.

Deliver understandable systems, useful documentation, training, and a workable operating model.
