01 · Primary focus
I lead the work that makes complex change practical: turning business goals into a clear delivery plan, bringing the right people into the room, managing dependencies, and carrying the result through adoption. This is the core of my portfolio and the work most relevant to senior project, program, transformation, and implementation roles.

Project management across an enterprise program migrating more than 500 physical servers from a U.S. data center to AWS. The work centered on application readiness, migration waves, risk visibility, and operational continuity in a regulated environment.
Senior project management across connected commerce, data, learning, certification, identity, vendor, and PMO workstreams—organized around a simpler customer objective: one login, one cart, and an integrated certification journey.

A website has usually been one part of a larger operating system in my work—not simply a marketing surface. These projects connect brand and customer experience with listings, inventory, commerce, registration, client service, publishing, and the internal tools needed to keep the experience running.
Implementation lens
The implementation record spans WordPress and custom web builds, Next.js and Supabase products, property and marketplace feeds, e-commerce, payments, warehouse operations, customer portals, APIs, webhooks, responsive UI, and production release workflows.
Founded and built a creator platform for publishing, discovery, community, licensing, commerce, libraries, radio, music, sample packs, merch, books, and games. It is a hands-on example of product strategy, design, engineering, and distribution working together.
Delivered the public-facing side of a connected real-estate operation, including the main property experience and microsites for individual developments. The goal was to make current inventory easier to discover while supporting the brokerage operation behind it.

Marketing work has focused on making demand-generation more connected to the work a business can actually deliver. That means aligning a website, audience message, search visibility, campaigns, reporting, intake, and follow-up instead of treating each as a separate activity.

Relevant depth includes SEO foundations, paid search, campaign reporting, email and social programs, conversion journeys, marketplace operations, client-facing reports, analytics, and automated routing between marketing activity and CRM or service workflows.

Visual work has supported the same practical goal as the systems work: help a person understand what an organization or product is, trust it, and take the next step. The archive includes identity systems, collateral, catalogs, event materials, packaging, apparel, and business tools.

Creative production is a secondary lane in the professional story, but it is a substantial one. It shows a long-running practice of finishing ambitious work, building a cohesive world around it, and releasing it independently across audio, visual, web, and interactive formats.
